For quality assurance and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the lace has been cut, the wig has been installed, altered, or worn..
Returns & Exchange Policies
We only accept returns or exchange under the following conditions:
- The wig must be unused and unaltered.
- The lace must be intact and not cut
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The only instance where a return will be accepted if the conditions above are not met is if there’s a product defect. We will exchange all defective products immediately, no questions asked, however, to prevent instances of return fraud, we cannot issue a refund for a defective product.
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos as proof. All approved returns will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
- If the item has no defect and there were no shipping errors from the company, and you request an exchange or return, you will be required to pay a restocking fee which is ₦5,000 plus a return fee (this fee varies on your location) which can be waived at our discretion.
- If we need to ship you a new item, you will need to pay a new shipping fee.
- We provide an option for a refund or store credit for eligible returns and exchanges.
- Customers opting for an exchange or store credit might be exempt from paying a restocking fee and return fee depending on the situation.
- Please note that we only issue replacements for defective items, at no extra cost to you. We reserve the right to approve a return.
- If the returned item breaks our eligibility rule, the item will be sent back to you after you pay the shipping fee for it to be sent back.
- If a refund is approved, Please note that a ₦5,000 restocking fee or 20% of item value will always be charged.
- Approved refunds will be processed within5 – 7 business days of approval and will be paid into your original payment method.
- Please note: We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.
Order Cancellation
- If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. After 3 hours, we might be unable to cancel your order, change your address, or change your order.
Delivery & Shipping
- If you request for a package to be delivered to a new location after it has been shipped, transfer charges will be deducted if it applies.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays as the shipping company might bill you extra charges for incorrect addresses and redelivery.
- There might be delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances which might influence the delivery timeline.
- We offer same-day shipments in Abuja only. Cut-off time is4PM for items to ship same-day, else they ship next-day.
- All shipments outside Abuja are done via express or standard shipping.
- Shipping rates and shipping timelines vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Standard shipping outside Abuja takes 3- 5 working days. International delivery takes 5 – 7 working days depending on the destination.
- Please note that shipping windows do not include the processing time.
